Blubber Experiment
Today we did a blubber experiment and the kids loved it! We used gal (a.k.a. blubber, a.k.a. liquid starch and school glue) to insulated one hand and stuck our other hand directly in the ice water. The conclusion...the insulated hand stayed warmer! The blubber protected us, just like the feathers of a penguin protect them!
